Our History & Culture
Founded in 1994 by Richard Lent, TEN, formerly AgencyNet, has had a long rich history.
Richard’s has spoken across the globe on digital creativity and business innovation, including a visit to our Nation’s capitol to serve as an expert witness to the U.S. Congress on the digital ecosystem. He co-founded The Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA) and served as the inaugural Chairman of the Board. It is now the largest digital agency network in the world.
Richard and his team have had the honor of winning as well as judging many prodigious awards including Cannes, Emmy, Webby, One Show, and SxSW. Over his career he has driven marketing innovation strategy for some of the most recognized brands on earth including American Express, Bacardi, The Bill Clinton Foundation, Ford, Grey Goose, Time Warner, Universal, and Viacom. Advertising Age even dubbed the agency ‘One of the Hottest Digital Agencies Around’ on their cover.
