Betsy has been with TEN (formerly AgencyNet), for over eight years, steering strategic innovations for brands such as Bacardi, Bill Clinton Foundation, InDemand and Nickelodeon. She has been deeply involved in the agency’s most effective and ground-breaking work. Betsy has more than 18 years of experience, starting in tech and transitioning to marketing. No wonder she found her place at the intersection of both.

Prior to this, Betsy spent six years at Bacardi U.S.A, integrating digital marketing strategies across the company’s entire portfolio of brands- including, Martini, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose and Dewar’s.

Betsy's passion outside of work is renovating her home in Miami, where she lives with all the men in her life: her husband Eddie, son Blair, and dog Tobie.
