Richard’s fast-moving career has him trying to catch his breath for the last quarter century; and frankly, he wouldn’t have it any other way. He has spoken across the globe on digital creativity and business innovation, including a visit to our Nation’s capitol to serve as an expert witness to the U.S. Congress on the digital ecosystem. He co-founded The Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA) and served as the inaugural Chairman of the Board. It is now the largest digital agency network in the world. 

Richard and his team have had the honor of winning as well as judging many prodigious awards including Cannes, Emmy, Webby, One Show, and SxSW. Over his career he has driven marketing innovation strategy for some of the most recognized brands on earth including American Express, Bacardi, The Bill Clinton Foundation, Ford, Grey Goose, Time Warner, Universal, and Viacom. Advertising Age even dubbed his agency ‘One of the Hottest Digital Agencies Around’ on their cover.

Richard is extremely passionate about innovation, business strategy, and creativity. He loves culture, photography, travel, music, art, architecture, and people – he’s blessed to love what he does for a living. But more rewarding than that, he aspires to make the world a better place. As such, he devotes considerable time to some remarkable organizations, including sitting on the boards of some amazing non-profits. There, he applies his experience and strategic thinking towards educating children, providing clean drinking water and eradicating malaria in the developing world.
